Infinity Pest Control operates a pest control lead generation service that connects customers with licensed, independent pest control technicians across New Zealand. We are not a pest control company — we facilitate the connection between you and qualified professionals.

2. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when submitting forms. You must be at least 18 years old to request services.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Pricing information on this website is indicative only and based on typical residential treatments. Final pricing is determined by the pest control technician after inspection and may vary based on property size, pest type, severity, and treatment method.

4. Service Delivery

Pest control services are delivered by independent, licensed technicians — not by Infinity Pest Control directly. While we vet our network partners, the service agreement is between you and the technician. All technicians in our network hold valid Approved Handler's Certificates and comply with the HSNO Act.

5. Warranties

Treatment warranties are provided by the individual pest control technician and will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by pest type and treatment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

Infinity Pest Control acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, outcome, or safety of pest control services delivered by network technicians. Our liability is limited to the connection and referral service we provide.
